What Keel Infrastructure Corp. does
In the company’s own words
Bitfarms Ltd. (Nasdaq: BITF; TSX: BITF) is a North American digital and energy infrastructure company developing, owning, and operating data centers and energy infrastructure for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads. The company maintains legacy Bitcoin mining operations to fund development efforts while transitioning its asset portfolio toward HPC infrastructure. Bitfarms was founded in 2017 and is undergoing a U.S. redomiciliation expected to complete in April 2026, whereby shareholders will exchange their shares for common stock of Keel Infrastructure Corp., a newly formed Delaware corporation that will trade under the ticker "KEEL" on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company operates through two primary business lines. HPC Infrastructure represents the primary growth area, encompassing the development of data centers designed to support HPC and AI workloads for lease to hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and enterprises under long-term contracts. Bitcoin Mining, the legacy business, currently generates cash flow through ASIC mining operations contributing to mining pools under full pay-per-share arrangements. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated 113,649 ASIC miners with total hashrate of 14.8 exahashes per second.
Bitfarms maintains a 2.2 gigawatt power capacity pipeline comprising 648 megawatts of secured capacity and 1,513 megawatts in planned development across U.S. and Canadian sites. Key development sites include Panther Creek and Scrubgrass in Pennsylvania, Sharon in Pennsylvania, Moses Lake in Washington, and eight sites in Quebec powered by renewable hydroelectricity. The company has committed $129 million for critical equipment and building materials at Moses Lake through a turnkey agreement with Vertiv Group, representing its first purpose-built HPC data center development project.
The company employs approximately 274 people across Canada and the United States. Bitfarms holds structural competitive advantages including scarce, high-value power positions in supply-constrained geographies, proven infrastructure development capability, operational expertise in power and energy management, organizational agility, and financial capacity. As of March 30, 2026, the company maintained approximately $520 million in liquidity comprising cash and Bitcoin. More information is available at www.bitfarms.com.
