Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LW) is a leading global producer, distributor, and marketer of value-added frozen potato products headquartered in Eagle, Idaho. The company operates through two reportable segments: North America and International. The North America segment generates approximately 65% of net sales and includes frozen potato products sold to quick service and full-service restaurants, foodservice distributors, non-commercial channels, and retailers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The International segment accounts for approximately 35% of net sales and serves similar customer types outside North America, with strong presence in high-growth emerging markets. The company's product portfolio is anchored by French fries, which represent the majority of offerings, along with commercial ingredients and appetizers sold under the Lamb Weston brand and other owned or licensed brands including Grown in Idaho and Alexia.

As of July 2026, Lamb Weston operates 25 production facilities across eight countries and maintains sales support in 32 countries worldwide. The company employs approximately 10,000 people globally, with roughly 30% represented by collective bargaining agreements. The company serves over 100 countries and maintains long-tenured relationships with leading quick service restaurant chains, global foodservice distributors, and major retailers. McDonald's Corporation is the company's largest customer, accounting for approximately 15% of consolidated net sales, while the ten largest customers collectively represent approximately 50% of total sales.

The company sources raw potatoes through strategic long-term grower relationships and annual contracts, primarily from Washington, Idaho, and Oregon in the United States, and from growing regions in the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom in Europe. Additional sourcing relationships exist in Canada, China, Australia, and Argentina. Lamb Weston also holds a 50% ownership interest in Lamb-Weston/RDO Frozen, a joint venture with RDO Frozen Co., and owns a 75% interest in an Austrian joint venture.
