Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in mid-sized companies that appear to be undervalued.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in mid-cap stocks with value characteristics, selecting companies whose stock prices appear to undervalue their earnings, cash flow, assets, or private market value, and favoring those with sound balance sheets, strong management ownership, and attractive margins or cash generation. The fund defines mid-cap by reference to the Russell Midcap Index and MSCI mid-cap indexes, with the market capitalization range as of December 2025 spanning $1.8 billion to $98 billion. Because the indexes are periodically reconstituted, the fund's holdings and the mid-cap range will change over time. The fund may concentrate significantly in a single economic sector.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 10.80pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 2.16pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
