(NYSE: LAZ) is a global financial advisory and asset management firm serving corporations, institutions, governments, sovereign entities, partnerships, family offices and high net worth individuals. Its Financial Advisory business provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions, restructuring and liability management, capital raising, shareholder matters, geopolitics and other strategic issues. Its Asset Management business offers equity, fixed-income, cash management, asset allocation, alternative investment and private equity strategies, along with investment and wealth management services. The firm operates through these two principal business segments, supported by a Corporate segment. Founded in 1848, Lazard has a global presence across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. At December 31, 2025, it employed 3,309 full-time people and managed assets for institutional and intermediary clients as well as individuals. Its website is http://www.lazard.com.
