LCNB Corp. (NASDAQ: LCNB) is a financial holding company headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio, with substantially all operations conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiary, LCNB National Bank. The Bank traces its origins to 1877 as a national banking association and became a subsidiary of LCNB Corp. in 1999. The company also operates LCNB Risk Management, Inc., a captive insurance agency incorporated in Nevada.
The Bank operates as a community-focused financial institution serving Southwestern and South Central Ohio as well as Northern Kentucky. As of December 31, 2025, LCNB maintained 35 branch offices across ten Ohio counties including Warren, Butler, Clinton, Clermont, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Montgomery, Preble, and Ross, along with an operations center and 34 automated teller machines. The company employed 328 full-time and 35 part-time employees.
LCNB's core business encompasses traditional commercial and retail banking services. Loan products include commercial and industrial loans, commercial and residential real estate loans, agricultural loans, construction loans, consumer loans, and Small Business Administration loans.
