Bauerhin, WIP Industrial Automation and StoneShield Engineering.
Lear maintains a competitive position as one of the two largest global suppliers of complete seat systems with approximately 26 percent global market share. The company differentiates through vertical integration, just-in-time manufacturing capabilities, proprietary thermal comfort technologies including ComfortFlex by Lear and ComfortMax Seat by Lear modules, and sustainable product innovations such as FlexAir recyclable foam alternatives and ReNewKnit fabrics composed of recycled plastic bottles.
The company's strategy centers on extending market leadership in seating through priceable features, expanding E-Systems margins through focused portfolio management, building operational excellence through automation and digital technologies, and prioritizing employee and sustainability initiatives.
