The company provides career-focused training programs through four main institutions: High Desert Medical College, Central Coast College, Integrity College of Health, and Contra Costa Medical Career College, which collectively serve approximately 3,101 students as of June 30, 2025.

The company's educational offerings span certificate and associate degree programs in nursing, ultrasound technology, medical assisting, pharmacy technician, dental assisting, surgical technology, veterinary assisting, and related healthcare fields. High Desert Medical College, established in 2002 and acquired by Legacy in 2010, operates three campuses in Lancaster, Bakersfield, and Temecula, California. Central Coast College, acquired in 2019, operates in Salinas. Integrity College of Health, acquired in stages beginning in 2019, is located in Pasadena. Contra Costa Medical Career College, the most recent acquisition completed in December 2024, operates in Antioch.

Legacy Education maintains approximately 250 full-time and part-time faculty members and employs roughly 177 non-faculty staff across administrative, financial aid, student services, and academic support functions.
