The company's primary business centers on the Levi's® brand, which represents the flagship jeanswear line and accounts for approximately 94 percent of net revenues. Levi's® products include jeans in various fits and styles, casual and dress pants, tops, jackets, footwear and accessories for men, women and children. The company also operates the Levi Strauss Signature™ brand, focused on value-conscious consumers through mass retail channels, and the Beyond Yoga® brand, a premium athleisure line emphasizing body positivity and inclusivity. The company announced the discontinuation of its Denizen® brand in 2024 and entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Dockers® business in 2025, with the U.S. and Canada operations sold in July 2025 and remaining operations expected to close in early 2026.
Levi Strauss operates through three reportable segments for its Levi's Brands business: Americas, Europe and Asia, with Beyond Yoga® managed separately. The company was founded in San Francisco in 1853 and incorporated in Delaware in 1970, maintaining its headquarters at Levi's Plaza in San Francisco.
