Life Time's core business centers on operating distinctive, resort-like athletic country club destinations that integrate comprehensive fitness facilities with premium amenities and services. The company operates more than 185 centers across 31 states in the United States and one Canadian province, encompassing over 18 million square feet of indoor space and seven million square feet of outdoor space.
