Magnera Corporation (NYSE: MAGN) operates as a leading global supplier of specialty materials serving stable, consumer-oriented end markets. The company's website is www.magnera.com. Magnera was formed on November 4, 2024, through the merger of Treasure Holdco, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Berry Global Group, Inc., with Glatfelter Corporation, with Treasure shareholders receiving 90% of the combined company and GLT shareholders retaining 10%.

The company manufactures a diverse portfolio of organic and synthetic raw material products marketed primarily into disposable and durable applications including wipes, healthcare, adult incontinence, apparel, baby products, feminine care, air filtration, food and beverage, and infrastructure markets. Magnera serves a customer base comprising leading global and national brands, private label operators, and small to mid-sized regional businesses.

Magnera operates through two reportable segments: Americas and Rest of World. The Americas segment accounts for 57% of consolidated net sales and operates 22 manufacturing facilities across the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and Colombia. The Rest of World segment represents 43% of net sales and operates 23 manufacturing facilities across Germany, France, the United Kingdom, China, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and the Philippines. The company generated net sales of $3.2 billion in fiscal 2025.

The company employs approximately 8,500 people globally and maintains a significant manufacturing footprint with 45 total facilities. Primary raw materials include polymer resin, wood-based fibers, and pulps. Magnera competes on the basis of service, innovation, quality, product characteristics, and delivery timeliness against competitors including Ahlstrom, Avgol, Mativ, PFNonwovens, Freudenberg, and Fitesa.
