The Malibu segment includes the flagship Malibu brand targeting premium performance sport boat consumers and the Axis brand offering more affordable entry-level performance boats. The Saltwater Fishing segment encompasses Pursuit, Maverick, Cobia, Pathfinder and Hewes brands focused on outboard fishing boats and center console vessels. The Cobalt segment produces mid to large-sized luxury cruisers and bowriders in sterndrive and outboard configurations. The Saxdor segment, acquired in March 2026, specializes in premium adventure dayboats with lengths exceeding 40 feet and operates primarily in European markets.
