What Marwynn Holdings, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Marwynn Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq Capital Market: MWYN) operates as a diversified holding company with operations spanning three principal business segments: electronic waste recycling, artificial intelligence and infrastructure services, and food and beverage supply chain management. The company's website is www.marwynnholdings.com.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary EcoLoopX Corporation, Marwynn develops direct e-waste recycling operations and capabilities to produce black mass, an intermediate material derived from processed lithium-ion batteries containing recoverable metals such as lithium, nickel, cobalt, and copper. EcoLoopX currently purchases scrapped copper from e-waste recycling plants for resale, with this segment accounting for approximately 71 percent of total revenue during fiscal year 2026.

The company's AI and Infrastructure Services division operates through NexaCore Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary incorporated in March 2026 that remains in development stage. NexaCore intends to design and deploy enterprise-grade artificial intelligence computing platforms, custom software applications, and managed technical support services, alongside clean energy infrastructure development including utility-scale solar power plants to support data center operations.

Marwynn's legacy food and beverage operations continue through FuAn Enterprise, Inc., which sources and distributes premium Asian foods, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages to wholesalers and retailers throughout the United States. FuAn has historically focused on imported Asian products but is transitioning toward domestically sourced offerings in response to increased tariffs on Chinese imports beginning in 2025.

The company divested its home improvement business segment through the December 2025 sale of Grand Forest Cabinetry Inc. to Reli Home Décor Inc., allowing management to concentrate resources on energy and technology-focused initiatives. As of April 30, 2026, Marwynn employed two full-time management personnel. The company is classified as both an emerging growth company and a smaller reporting company under SEC regulations, with its chairperson and chief executive officer controlling approximately 90.85 percent of aggregate voting power.
