What Massimo Group does
In the company’s own words
Massimo Group, a Nevada corporation trading on Nasdaq under the symbol MAMO, operates as a U.S.-based provider of utility-focused powersports and recreational vehicles serving rural, agricultural, and commercial customers through a nationwide distribution and service network. The company manufactures, imports, and distributes a diversified portfolio including utility terrain vehicles (UTVs), all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), golf carts, electric utility carts, motorcycles, go-karts, youth products, and pontoon boats, along with a comprehensive range of accessories and replacement parts.
The company's strategic positioning centers on transitioning the traditional powersports category toward utility-driven, all-weather mobility solutions designed for year-round use. A core focus involves advancing the UTV category through fully enclosed, HVAC-equipped vehicles such as the Sentinel series, enabling operation across diverse climates and working environments for agricultural, commercial, and recreational applications. The electric cart platform represents a growing segment, particularly for commercial and fleet applications requiring year-round usability.
Massimo operates from a 376,000 square-foot facility in Dallas, Texas, comprising 280,000 square feet dedicated to Massimo Motor Sports and 96,000 square feet to Massimo Marine. The facility includes design and testing capabilities, assembly lines, a 40,000 square-foot parts department, and over 30 loading docks. The company manufactures pontoon boats at this location while sourcing substantially all other products from a global network of manufacturing partners, with the majority located in China. In June 2024, Massimo expanded distribution capabilities through a strategic partnership with Armlogi, a warehousing and logistics provider, gaining access to facilities in Savannah, Georgia; Edison, New Jersey; and Walnut, California.
The company maintains approximately 2,800 dealer locations across the United States and significant retail partnerships with Tractor Supply Co., Lowe's, and Walmart. In March 2025, Massimo enhanced its omnichannel distribution through an e-commerce platform partnership with Ekho Dealer, enabling customers to browse, configure, and purchase vehicles online while integrating with the dealer network for fulfillment and service. As of March 2026, the company employed approximately 100 people across management, sales, service, manufacturing, quality control, and research and development functions. The company holds eight issued U.S. patents protecting various product designs and technologies.
