Following the strategic merger of HomeStreet Bank with Mechanics Bank on September 2, 2025, the combined organization operates 166 full-service branch locations throughout California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii, along with three stand-alone commercial lending centers in Southern California, Idaho, and Utah. As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 1,971 full-time and part-time employees, with 92 percent classified as full-time staff.
The company provides a comprehensive range of financial products and services across multiple business segments. Commercial Banking focuses on manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and professional service companies through term loans and lines of credit.
