What NEIGHBORHOOD INTELLIGENCE, INC. does

In the company’s own words

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NYSE: BBBY) operates as an e-commerce-focused retailer offering a comprehensive array of home and lifestyle products through multiple brand platforms. The company's website, www.bedbathandbeyond.com, serves as the primary digital storefront, complemented by www.overstock.com and mobile applications that collectively deliver an extensive product selection spanning furniture, bedding, bath essentials, patio and outdoor furniture, area rugs, tabletop and cookware, décor, storage, jewelry, watches, and fashion items.

The company owns or maintains ownership interests in several established brands including Bed Bath & Beyond, Overstock, and buybuy BABY, with approximately forty percent ownership in The Brand House Collective, Inc., which operates Kirkland's and Kirkland's Home stores. In 2025, the company entered into a pending merger agreement with The Brand House Collective, Inc., expected to close in the first half of 2026, aimed at restoring an omni-channel experience to its customer base. Additionally, the company acquired certain rights to the buybuy BABY brand and associated digital assets through an asset purchase agreement.

As of December 31, 2025, Bed Bath & Beyond employed approximately 389 full-time employees recruited from twenty-six states across the United States and the Republic of Ireland. The company operates an asset-light supply chain model, leveraging a network of fulfillment partners and third-party manufacturers and distributors to maintain inventory and process orders, with primary computer infrastructure located in Utah supplemented by additional data centers and public cloud providers.

The company's business model emphasizes simplified customer experience through user-friendly interfaces, cutting-edge proprietary technologies, specialized logistics capabilities honed over decades of e-commerce expertise, and strategic partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers. Revenue generation extends beyond core retail operations to include business advertising opportunities, marketplace services enabling partners to sell on third-party sites, and the Supplier Oasis integration platform providing multi-channel fulfillment services. Customer engagement is enhanced through the welcome rewards+ membership program and private label credit card offerings. The company competes in the intensely competitive e-commerce landscape against numerous discount retailers, specialty retailers, and established brick-and-mortar operators with significant online presence.
