What NEUROONE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES Corp does

In the company’s own words

NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: NROF) is a medical technology company focused on developing minimally invasive diagnostic, ablation, and stimulation technologies for neurological and pain-related disorders. The company's core business centers on thin-film electrode technology designed for recording, monitoring, and therapeutic applications across multiple clinical indications.

The company has received FDA 510(k) clearance for four devices: the Evo Cortical electrode for temporary brain surface recording and stimulation, the Evo sEEG electrode for subsurface brain recording and stimulation, the OneRF Brain Ablation System for functional neurosurgical procedures, and the OneRF TN Ablation System for trigeminal nerve ablation to treat chronic facial pain. In December 2025, NeuroOne initiated a limited market release of the OneRF TN Ablation System. Additional products in development include spinal cord stimulation systems, basivertebral nerve ablation technology, and drug delivery systems with integrated diagnostic capabilities.

NeuroOne's primary commercialization strategy involves an exclusive distribution agreement with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., which holds global rights to distribute the Evo Cortical, Evo sEEG, and OneRF Brain Ablation System. In fiscal 2025, the company generated approximately $9.1 million in product revenue from these distributed products. The company also pursues direct commercialization of the OneRF TN Ablation System and continues developing next-generation products targeting epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, essential tremors, dystonia, and chronic pain indications.

NeuroOne's technology platform leverages scalable, automated manufacturing processes for thin-film electrodes, providing cost advantages and manufacturing consistency. The company maintains intellectual property through licensed patents from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Mayo Foundation, as well as owned patents covering neural depth electrodes, drug-delivering electrodes, and spinal cord stimulation systems. The company's research and development expenses totaled $5.0 million in fiscal 2025. NeuroOne operates as a smaller reporting company and is classified as a non-accelerated filer with the Securities and Exchange Commission. More information is available at www.neuroonemeded.com.
