NextTrip combines premium travel content, global audience reach, proprietary booking technology, and concierge-supported travel services into an integrated ecosystem designed to guide consumers across the full travel journey from inspiration and discovery through planning, booking, and servicing. The company operates two reportable segments: Travel and Media.
The Travel segment encompasses booking and commerce operations powered by the proprietary NXT2.0 platform, which supports direct-to-consumer and advisor-assisted bookings across leisure, luxury, cruise, group, and business travel verticals. Core Travel segment brands include NextTrip Vacations, Five Star Alliance (a luxury hotel and cruise booking platform acquired in 2025 with over 5,000 five-star properties and a 4.9-star Trustpilot rating), TA Pipeline (a group travel and MICE platform acquired in 2025), and Travel Magazine Pro.
