Wayne Bank provides a comprehensive range of personal and business banking services, including credit products, deposit accounts, trust and investment services, and real estate settlement services. The bank serves consumers, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities across its market areas in northeastern Pennsylvania and upstate New York. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained total consolidated assets of $2.425 billion, consolidated deposits of $2.183 billion, and stockholders' equity of $242.2 million.
The bank operates through 29 branch locations across Pennsylvania and New York, with fifteen offices in northeastern Pennsylvania counties including Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Lackawanna, and Luzerne, and fourteen offices in New York counties including Delaware, Sullivan, Ontario, Otsego, and Yates. The company employs 275 full-time and six part-time employees. The bank operates automated teller machines at all branch facilities plus one off-site location.
