The company operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary NeuroRx, Inc., and is the majority owner of HOPE Therapeutics, Inc., a medical services organization providing interventional psychiatry care.
The company's drug development pipeline focuses on therapies that enhance neuroplasticity by modulating the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor. NRx's three lead drug candidates are NRX-100, a preservative-free ketamine formulation for intravenous infusion; KETAFREE, a generic preservative-free ketamine formulation; and NRX-101, an oral fixed-dose combination of D-cycloserine and lurasidone. HOPE Therapeutics operates clinical facilities offering ketamine infusion therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, digital therapeutics, and hyperbaric therapy. The subsidiary generated its first clinical revenue in Q4 2025 and currently operates five locations in Florida with expansion planned to eight or more locations by mid-2026. HOPE completed acquisitions of Dura Medical and a minority interest in Cohen and Associates during 2025.
The company maintains a patent portfolio licensed from Glytech and SHMH, along with NeuroRx-owned patents covering compositions of matter and methods of use. Manufacturing agreements with Alcami and Nephron Pharmaceuticals support production of NRX-101 and ketamine formulations domestically.
