The company operates at www.oge.com and serves approximately 913,000 customers across a 30,000 square-mile service territory spanning Oklahoma and western Arkansas, including major metropolitan areas such as Oklahoma City and Fort Smith, Arkansas.
OG&E, incorporated in 1902, is the largest electric company in Oklahoma and operates as a vertically integrated utility providing retail electric service to residential, commercial, industrial, oilfield and public authority customers. The company derives approximately 92 percent of its electric operating revenues from Oklahoma operations, with the remainder from Arkansas. In 2025, OG&E generated total operating revenues of $3.26 billion and maintained a system control area peak demand of 7,412 megawatts.
The company's generation portfolio reflects a balanced energy mix comprising natural gas (57 percent), coal (34 percent) and renewable resources including wind and solar (9 percent). OG&E owns wind farms totaling 449 megawatts of capacity and solar facilities generating 32 megawatts.
