Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO) develops fast fission nuclear powerhouses that it plans to build, own and operate, selling electricity and heat directly to customers through power purchase agreements. Target customers include data centers, government and military facilities, industrial businesses, remote communities, campuses and utilities. Oklo is also developing nuclear fuel recycling and fabrication capabilities to supply fuel for its reactors and potentially other facilities, and produces radioisotopes through its subsidiary Atomic Alchemy for medical, research, energy, industrial, defense and artificial intelligence applications. The company acquired Atomic Alchemy in 2025 and traces its founding to 2013; its public-company structure followed a 2024 business combination with AltC Acquisition Corp. Oklo had 205 full-time employees in the United States and two in Canada as of December 31, 2025. Its website is www.oklo.com.
