Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares MSCI USA Quality Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks with quality characteristics as identified through certain fundamental metrics.
The fund tracks the MSCI USA Sector Neutral Quality Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of U.S. large- and mid-cap stocks selected for higher quality characteristics—measured by return on equity, earnings variability, and leverage—within each sector. The index weights securities by quality score and market cap, then normalizes sector weights to match the parent MSCI USA Index, with individual holdings capped at 5%. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index it seeks to track.
