The company operates through two primary business segments. Women's Health, representing approximately 28% of total revenues, focuses on prescription medications in contraception and fertility treatment areas. Key brands include Nexplanon, a long-acting reversible contraceptive implant, and NuvaRing, a monthly vaginal contraceptive ring, along with fertility treatments such as Follistim AQ and Elonva. General Medicines comprises approximately 72% of revenues and includes both biosimilars and established brands. The biosimilars portfolio spans immunology and oncology-related treatments, featuring products such as Hadlima, Brenzys, Renflexis, and Tofidence, along with oncology biosimilars including Ontruzant, Aybintio, Bildyos, and Bilprevda. The established brands portfolio includes cardiovascular, respiratory, dermatology, and non-opioid pain management products, with leading brands such as Singulair, Asmanex, Fosamax, and Vtama.

Organon generated total revenues of $6.2 billion in 2025 and employs over 10,000 people worldwide, with approximately 1,500 employees in the United States and Puerto Rico. The company operates six manufacturing facilities located in Belgium, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, supporting its global supply chain and distribution network. Approximately 4,000 employees focus on commercialization activities including marketing, direct sales, and digital engagement.

The company was established as a spinoff from Merck & Co., Inc. in 2021 and has since pursued strategic acquisitions to expand its portfolio, including the acquisition of Dermavant Sciences in October 2024 to strengthen its dermatology offerings.
