Origin Bank, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary founded in 1912, serves as the primary banking operation with more than 56 locations spanning Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, East Texas, North Louisiana, Mississippi, South Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. The company maintains total assets of $9.72 billion, total loans held for investment of $7.67 billion, total deposits of $8.31 billion, and stockholders' equity of $1.25 billion as of December 31, 2025.

The company operates primarily in one business segment, community banking, focused on relationship-driven financial services for small and medium-sized businesses, municipalities, and retail clients. The loan portfolio comprises commercial real estate loans (40.9%), commercial and industrial loans including mortgage warehouse lines (32.8%), residential real estate loans (26.1%), and construction/land/land development loans (8.0%). The deposit base consists of 56.9% business deposits, 31.3% consumer deposits, and 11.8% public fund deposits, with approximately 95% classified as core deposits.

Beyond traditional banking, Origin operates Forth Insurance, a wholly-owned insurance agency subsidiary with over 130 experienced professionals providing commercial and personal property and casualty insurance products. Insurance commission and fee income contributed $27.1 million in 2025.

The company employs 988 full-time equivalent employees and has demonstrated organic growth capabilities complemented by strategic acquisitions. Since 2005, Origin has integrated four bank acquisitions and expanded through de novo market entries.
