The Idira platform provides next-generation identity security, unifying identity access management, privilege access management, and identity governance across human, agentic, and machine identities.

Beyond its core platforms, Palo Alto Networks offers threat intelligence and advisory services through Unit 42, which combines threat research, incident response, and security consulting expertise, including managed detection and response and managed threat hunting services. The company provides professional services, customer support, and education services through a global network of authorized channel partners and direct delivery.

Palo Alto Networks pursues a platformization strategy to help customers consolidate disparate point products into tightly integrated architectures. The company actively pursues strategic acquisitions to complement organic innovation, having recently acquired Chronosphere, CyberArk, Koi, and Portkey to enhance its platform capabilities.
