Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) operates as an aerospace company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced composite materials and structures for the global aerospace industry. The company's website is www.parkaerospace.com.
The company designs and manufactures solution and hot-melt advanced composite materials, including film adhesives and lightning strike protection materials, used to produce composite structures for commercial aircraft, military aircraft, business jets, regional transport aircraft, rotary wing aircraft, and unmanned aerial vehicles. Park also produces specialty ablative materials for rocket motors and nozzles, as well as materials for radome applications. The company's proprietary product lines include SigmaStrut and AlphaStrut composite structures and assemblies. Additionally, Park serves as the exclusive North American distributor of ArianeGroup's RAYCARB C2B NG product, used in ablative composite materials for critical rocketry and missile systems.
Park's manufacturing and research and development facilities are located in Newton, Kansas, where the company completed a significant facility expansion in fiscal 2024 that doubled the size of operations and added manufacturing capacity. The company employs 125 people as of March 1, 2026. The Newton facility is one of the few in the world with NADCAP accreditation for manufacturing both composite materials and composite structures, and holds AS9100D certification for quality management in aerospace manufacturing.
