Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The State Street SPDR S&P Aerospace & Defense ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the aerospace and defense segment of a U.S. total market composite index.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P Aerospace & Defense Select Industry Index, which comprises U.S.-listed aerospace and defense companies with market capitalizations of at least $400–$500 million and sufficient trading liquidity, rebalancing quarterly on a modified equal-weight basis. The fund invests substantially all its assets in the index constituents, though it may use a sampling approach to hold a subset of securities with similar risk and return characteristics. Because the fund employs sampling rather than holding all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index.
