PENN's digital strategy centers on theScore Bet, an online sportsbook operating in 22 jurisdictions across the United States and Ontario, Canada, and Hollywood iCasino, which operates in five jurisdictions. The company operates 33 retail sportsbooks at its properties across 14 states. PENN Interactive also manages theScore, a sports media company with approximately 4 million monthly active users across North America, which serves as a foundation for customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.

The company owns or operates properties under various brand names including Hollywood Casino, Ameristar, Argosy, Boomtown, L'Auberge, M Resort, and Margaritaville. Most real estate assets are subject to triple net master leases, primarily with Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (GLPI) and VICI Properties, Inc. (VICI), positioning PENN as an operator rather than a real estate owner.
