The company provides a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals and small to medium-sized businesses through its website at www.primisbank.com.

As of December 31, 2025, Primis maintains total assets of $4.0 billion, total loans held for investment of $3.3 billion, total deposits of $3.4 billion, and stockholders' equity of $423 million. The company operates 24 full-service branches across Virginia and Maryland, with administrative offices in Glen Allen, Virginia and an operations center in Atlee, Virginia. Primis employs 593 full-time employees, of which approximately 63 percent are female and 23 percent are minorities.

The company's core business encompasses commercial lending, including commercial business loans, commercial real estate financing, construction lending, and secured asset-based lending. Primis also provides consumer lending products such as residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and personal loans. The company operates several specialized divisions that generate above-average risk-adjusted returns, including the Panacea Financial Division focused on healthcare professionals, which ended 2025 with $544 million in loans and $128 million in deposits. Primis Mortgage Company, acquired in 2022, originated approximately $1.2 billion in residential mortgages during 2025. The company's Mortgage Warehouse Lending division provides temporary funding to independent mortgage originators and ended 2025 with approximately $1.2 billion in approved lines and $318 million in outstanding loan balances.
