PSQ Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PSQH) is a payments and financial infrastructure company that builds and operates financial technology solutions in highly regulated environments for industries underserved by traditional financial institutions. The company operates through its Financial Technology segment, which comprises three primary operating divisions: Credova, PSQ Payments, and PSQ Impact.
Credova operates a proprietary retail finance platform offering "Buy Now, Pay Later" solutions with coverage across the full credit spectrum, including merchant-originated products, closed-end installment loans, Credova-originated loan products, zero-interest installment offerings, and leased merchandise. The platform serves merchants in the outdoor recreation and shooting sports industries, among others, providing consumers with flexible financing options at the point of sale through both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.
PSQ Payments provides integrated merchant services solutions that facilitate debit card, credit card, and ACH payments. The division operates proprietary payments infrastructure, including a payment gateway and secure token vault, designed to serve merchants in higher-risk business categories that may face limitations from traditional payment processors.
PSQ Impact is a next-generation fundraising and payments platform serving political campaigns, political committees, and values-aligned nonprofit organizations. The platform leverages PSQ Payments technology to support fundraising activities while offering data management functionality, analytical tools, and support for multiple payment methods including cryptocurrency donations and digital wallets.
The company employs 68 full-time employees supporting continuing operations, all based in the United States. PSQ Holdings was formed through the July 2023 business combination of PublicSq. Inc. and Colombier Acquisition Corp., with subsequent acquisitions including Credova Holdings in March 2024. The company is actively pursuing monetization of its Brands segment while focusing on scaling its integrated financial technology platform. The company's website is located at www.psqholdings.com.
