Ralliant Corporation (NYSE: RAL) is a global technology company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, with approximately 7,000 employees serving over 90,000 customers across more than 90 countries. The company operates through two primary segments: Test and Measurement and Sensors and Safety Systems. Ralliant designs, develops, manufactures, and services precision instruments and highly engineered products that enable engineers and innovators to advance breakthrough technologies in electrified and digital markets.

The Test and Measurement segment provides precision test and measurement instruments, systems, software, and services including oscilloscopes, probes, source measuring units, semiconductor test systems, and high-power bi-directional power supplies. This segment serves semiconductor design companies, foundries, hyperscalers, defense technology providers, consumer electronics manufacturers, and research institutions. Key brands include Tektronix, Keithley Instruments, Sonix, and EA Electro-Automatik.

The Sensors and Safety Systems segment delivers power grid monitoring solutions, safety systems for defense and space applications, and sensing solutions for critical environments. Products include advanced monitoring and diagnostic solutions for high-voltage electrical assets, energetic materials, ignition safety systems, pyrotechnic devices, and sensors for liquid level, flow, pressure, and motion detection. Major brands include Qualitrol, Gems Sensors, Setra Systems, Hengstler Dynapar, Anderson-Negele, Dover Motion, Specialty Product Technologies, and Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company.

Ralliant was separated from Fortive Corporation on June 28, 2025, through a pro rata distribution to Fortive shareholders. The company maintains approximately 2,200 active patents and employs over 1,300 engineers globally. The company's Ralliant Business System combines lean operational excellence, innovation and commercial excellence, and leadership principles to drive continuous improvement across quality, delivery, cost, growth, and innovation. International operations represent a significant portion of the business, with sales outside the United States accounting for 48.7% of total sales during fiscal 2025. The company serves diverse end markets including semiconductor, diversified electronics, communications, utilities, defense and space, and industrial manufacturing.
