Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: RPAY) is a leading payments technology company providing integrated payment processing solutions to industry-oriented vertical markets. The company operates through two reportable segments: Consumer Payments, which represents approximately 85% of total revenue and serves personal loans, automotive loans, receivables management, credit unions, mortgage servicing, consumer healthcare and diversified retail verticals; and Business Payments, representing approximately 15% of revenue and serving retail automotive, education, field services, governments and municipalities, healthcare, media, homeowner association management and hospitality sectors.

The company's proprietary, integrated payment technology platform enables businesses and organizations to accept electronic payments through multiple channels including debit and credit card processing, ACH transactions, digital wallets, text-to-pay, interactive voice response, point-of-sale systems and web-based portals. Repay also offers accounts payable automation, virtual credit card processing, instant funding capabilities and communication solutions. The company's clearing and settlement platform, known as RCS, provides customizable payment processing programs to independent sales organizations and payment facilitators.

Repay operates a dual go-to-market strategy combining direct sales with integrations into key software providers serving target verticals, including loan management systems, dealer management systems, collection management systems and enterprise resource planning software. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained approximately 294 integrations with various software providers. The company's top ten clients, with an average tenure of approximately seven years, contributed approximately 19% of total gross profit.

Founded in 2006 as REPAY LLC, the company completed a business combination with Thunder Bridge Acquisition Ltd. in 2019, resulting in the formation of Repay Holdings Corporation. From January 2016 through December 2025, Repay completed eleven strategic acquisitions expanding its capabilities across payment processing, accounts payable automation and vertical market penetration.
