First Bank Richmond, established in 1887 as a mutual savings and loan, has evolved through multiple charter conversions and reorganizations. The bank completed its conversion from mutual to stock holding company form in July 2019, with Richmond Mutual Bancorporation-Maryland serving as the new parent company.
