In the company’s own words
RideNow Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: RDNW) operates as the largest powersports retail group in the United States, offering a comprehensive selection of new and pre-owned motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicles, personal watercraft, and related powersports products. The company maintains its website at www.ridenow.com.
As of December 31, 2025, RideNow operates 48 dealership locations across twelve states including Arizona, Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and others. The company employs 1,884 full-time and 22 part-time employees. The powersports segment represents the company's primary business following the discontinuation of its vehicle transportation services operations in December 2025.
The company sources new inventory directly from original equipment manufacturers including BRP (Can-Am and Sea-Doo brands), Polaris, Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, and Kawasaki under standard dealer agreements. Pre-owned inventory is acquired through consumer purchases, trade-ins, auctions, and the company's proprietary RideNow Cash Offer tool, which allows direct sourcing of pre-owned units from consumers nationwide. Beyond vehicle sales, RideNow generates revenue through parts and accessories sales, apparel, finance and insurance products, and comprehensive repair and maintenance services.
The company's competitive positioning centers on consumer experience, product selection breadth, and its differentiated RideNow Cash Offer technology platform. The company operates dealerships under both the RideNow brand and original equipment manufacturer brands such as Harley-Davidson and Indian.
RideNow was incorporated in 2013 and completed its initial public offering in 2017. The company changed its name from RumbleOn, Inc. to RideNow Group, Inc. in August 2025, with its ticker symbol changing to RDNW on the same date. Growth has been achieved primarily through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion initiatives focused on operational efficiency and dealership standardization through the company's "RideNow Way" framework.
The powersports industry exhibits seasonal patterns with strongest sales during spring and summer months, resulting in corresponding quarterly variations in revenue, gross profit, and cash flow.
