(Nasdaq: ROIV) is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes medicines through nimble subsidiaries known as Vants, while also incubating discovery-stage companies and health technology startups. Its pipeline includes brepocitinib, a small-molecule inhibitor under FDA review for dermatomyositis and in development for other immune-mediated diseases; IMVT-1402, a monoclonal antibody being studied for IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases; and mosliciguat, an inhaled therapy in development for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease. Its principal operating subsidiaries include Priovant, Immunovant and Pulmovant, which develop these respective candidates; Genevant and other affiliates focus on related biotechnology and technology activities. Roivant also holds interests in companies including Arbutus and Covant. The company’s Vant model combines centralized capital allocation and support functions with subsidiary-level operational decision-making.
