(NYSE: RPM) manufactures and sells specialty chemical products for construction, industrial, specialty and consumer markets, including paints, protective coatings, roofing systems, sealants, adhesives and infrastructure repair products. Its customers include contractors, manufacturers, distributors, commercial and public institutions, retailers, and do-it-yourself consumers. RPM reports three segments: Construction Products Group, about 39% of fiscal 2026 sales, supplies construction products, building-envelope systems and related services; Performance Coatings Group, about 27%, serves industrial and infrastructure applications with coatings, flooring, repair systems and specialty products; and Consumer, about 34%, offers branded home-improvement and professional products. Major brands include Rust-Oleum, DAP, Tremco, Carboline and Zinsser. For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026, the company recorded $7.9 billion in net sales and employed 17,546 people; its products were marketed in approximately 167 countries and territories. RPM traces its corporate origins to 1947, when it was incorporated as Republic Powdered Metals, and adopted the RPM, Inc. name in 1971. Its website is www.rpminc.com.
