Founded in 2010, Ryan Specialty serves as the second-largest U.S. property and casualty insurance wholesale broker and the largest U.S. property and casualty managing underwriter based on 2024 premium volume. The company operates through three primary specialties: Wholesale Brokerage, which generated 53.4% of net commission and fees in 2025; Binding Authority, representing 12.4% of net commission and fees; and Underwriting Management, accounting for 34.2% of net commission and fees.
