What RYTHM, Inc. does
In the company’s own words
RYTHM, Inc. (Nasdaq: RYM) operates as a consumer packaged goods company focused on hemp-derived tetrahydrocannabinol products and licensed brands. The company's website is www.rythminc.com.
The company maintains a diversified portfolio of hemp-derived THC beverages and edible products under multiple brand names including RYTHM, Señorita, incredibles, Beboe, Dogwalkers, Doctor Solomon's, &Shine, and Good Green. Señorita offers hemp-derived THC beverages designed to mirror classic cocktails in flavors such as Lime Jalapeño Margarita, Paloma, Mango Margarita, and Ranch Water, positioning itself as an alcohol alternative. The RYTHM branded beverages feature fruit-driven flavors with effect-based ingredients, while incredibles and Beboe products focus on edible formats. These products are distributed through top retailers including Total Wine, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, and Binny's, as well as through direct-to-consumer channels and direct-to-retail partnerships across fifteen U.S. states and Canada.
RYTHM generates revenue through two primary channels: non-licensing revenue from direct sales of hemp-derived products and licensing revenue from intellectual property agreements. The company licenses its brand rights to state-licensed cannabis operators, including GTI Core, an indirect subsidiary of Green Thumb Industries Inc., under monthly licensing fee arrangements.
The company operates with minimal direct employment, relying substantially on shared services agreements with Green Thumb Industries for administrative, supply chain, operations management, sales and marketing, and technical services. As of March 2026, RYTHM maintained one direct employee and approximately fifty dedicated consultants. Finished goods manufacturing is conducted through various third-party co-manufacturers located throughout the United States and Canada.
Historically, RYTHM operated cultivation and extraction businesses serving the cannabis industry, including proprietary vertical farming units and extraction equipment brands acquired in 2021 and 2022. The company divested its cultivation solutions business on December 31, 2024, and discontinued its extraction business on March 30, 2025, allowing management to focus exclusively on hemp-derived consumer products and brand licensing operations.
