What Sanara MedTech Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Sanara MedTech Inc. (NASDAQ: SNRA) is a medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing transformative technologies to improve clinical outcomes and reduce healthcare expenditures in the surgical market. The company's website is www.saranamedtech.com.

Sanara operates as a single reportable segment following its decision to discontinue its Tissue Health Plus value-based wound care program in September 2025. The company primarily markets and sells soft tissue repair and bone fusion products for use in operating rooms and other sterile surgical environments. Its lead product, CellerateRX Surgical Powder, is a hydrolyzed collagen that aids in the management of surgical wounds. Additional key products include BIASURGE Advanced Surgical Solution, a sterile irrigation solution for wound cleansing; BiFORM Bioactive Moldable Matrix, an osteoconductive implant for bone repair; and ALLOCYTE Plus Advanced Viable Bone Matrix, a human allograft cellular bone matrix containing bone-derived progenitor cells. The company also offers TEXAGEN Amniotic Membrane Allograft, ACTIGEN Verified Inductive Bone Matrix, and FORTIFY TRG Tissue Repair Graft.

Sanara's commercial distribution network has secured product contracts with more than 4,000 hospitals across the United States as of December 31, 2025. The company employs 40 U.S.-based field sales representatives who work with surgeons and health system stakeholders to demonstrate product efficacy and navigate hospital value analysis committee approval processes. Products are sold across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedic, spine, trauma, general, vascular, plastic and reconstructive, cardiovascular, gynecologic, and urologic procedures.

The company does not operate its own manufacturing facilities but instead relies on contract manufacturers to supply its products. Sanara's intellectual property portfolio includes 11 issued U.S. patents related to BIASURGE and related products, along with over 200 issued foreign patents. The company has also filed 14 provisional patent applications since 2024 covering innovations in antimicrobial and hydrolyzed collagen technologies. Sanara has established a partnership with Biomimetic Innovations Limited to commercialize OsStic BioAdhesive, estimated for U.S. market introduction in the first quarter of 2027.
