What SEACOR Marine Holdings Inc. does

In the company’s own words

SEACOR Marine Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SMHI) operates a global fleet of offshore support vessels providing marine transportation and support services to offshore energy facilities worldwide. The company's website is www.seacormarine.com.

The company operates and manages a diverse fleet of offshore support vessels that deliver cargo and personnel to offshore installations including offshore wind farms, assist offshore operations for production and storage facilities, provide construction and well work-over support, and carry equipment used in drilling and well installation, maintenance, inspection and repair. Additionally, the company's vessels provide emergency response services and accommodations for technicians and specialists.

As of December 31, 2025, SEACOR Marine's fleet consisted of 44 vessels, comprising 18 platform supply vessels (PSVs), 21 fast support vessels (FSVs), and five liftboats. The company operates across four principal geographic regions: the United States primarily in the Gulf of America, Africa and Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and Latin America with focus on Guyana and Mexico. Approximately 84 percent of operating revenues in 2025 were derived from foreign operations.

The company's principal customers include major integrated national and international oil companies, independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies, oil field service and construction companies, and offshore wind farm operators. During 2025, three customers—Azule Energy Angola, ExxonMobil Corporation, and SEACOR Marine Arabia—each accounted for over 10 percent of consolidated operating revenues, representing 27 percent, 17 percent, and 14 percent respectively. The company's ten largest customers accounted for approximately 84 percent of consolidated operating revenues.

SEACOR Marine earns revenue primarily through time charter and bareboat charter arrangements, with customers charged based on daily rates of hire. Contract durations vary from several days to multi-year periods, with many contracts including cancellation clauses without early termination penalties. The company has undertaken significant fleet reconfiguration over recent years, focusing on higher-specification vessels with improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions, including the installation of hybrid battery power systems on nine of its owned PSVs as of year-end 2025.
