Seven Hills targets first mortgage loans ranging from $15 million to $75 million, secured by transitional CRE assets with values up to $100 million across the United States. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained a portfolio of 24 floating rate first mortgage loans with aggregate loan commitments of $724.5 million, featuring a weighted average coupon rate of 7.52% and weighted average all-in yield of 7.92%.
