SIFCO Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIF) is a manufacturer of precision forgings, machined components, and sub-assemblies primarily serving the aerospace and energy markets. The company operates through a single business segment focused on producing critical components ranging from approximately two to 1,200 pounds, utilizing materials including steel, high-temperature alloys, nickel alloys, titanium, and aluminum. SIFCO's product portfolio encompasses original equipment manufacturer and aftermarket components for aircraft and industrial gas turbine engines, steam turbine blades, structural airframe components, aircraft landing gear and wheels, critical rotating helicopter components, and commercial industrial products. The company also provides heat treatment, surface treatment, non-destructive testing, and select machining and sub-assembly services.
SIFCO operates manufacturing facilities in Cleveland, Ohio and Orange, California, both certified to AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015 standards with multiple National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program certifications. As of September 30, 2025, the company employed approximately 259 full-time employees across its U.S. operations. In October 2024, SIFCO sold its European operations, specifically CBlade S.p.A. in Italy, to streamline operations and refocus on its core aerospace forging business.
