As of January 31, 2026, Signet operated 2,582 retail locations worldwide, employing approximately 27,097 team members globally, with roughly 89 percent of its workforce based in North America. The company manages its business through two primary reportable segments: North America, which generated 93 percent of consolidated sales and operated 2,329 stores across nine brands in the United States and Canada, and International, which contributed 7 percent of sales and operated 253 locations in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Signet's North America segment includes the Kay brand, which accounted for 38 percent of consolidated sales and represents the largest specialty retail jewelry brand in the US; Zales, contributing 18 percent of sales; Jared, representing 17 percent of sales; and the Digital brands James Allen and Blue Nile, which together generated 7 percent of sales. Additional North America brands include Diamonds Direct, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, Rocksbox, and Peoples Jewellers in Canada. The International segment operates H.Samuel and Ernest Jones brands.
