What SkinHealth Systems Inc. does

In the company’s own words

The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN) operates as a global medical aesthetics company delivering an integrated ecosystem of clinically proven solutions designed to help consumers achieve superior skin health and support the success of providers. The company's website is www.thebeautyhealthcompany.com.

The company's flagship brand is Hydrafacial, a pioneer in the hydradermabrasion category featuring a patented delivery system that cleanses, extracts, and hydrates skin with proprietary solutions and serums. The Hydrafacial portfolio includes the Syndeo device, the current generation delivery system with Wi-Fi connectivity and radio frequency identification technology, as well as predecessor models including the Elite Tower and Allegro. The company also offers HydraScalp powered by Keravive, designed to support hair growth through scalp cleansing and hydration, and SkinStylus, a microneedling and nano-channeling platform acquired through the purchase of Esthetic Medical Inc. in February 2023.

The Beauty Health Company operates a razor-and-razor-blade business model where delivery systems represent the capital equipment component and consumables including single-use tips, solutions, and serums generate recurring revenue. The company sells approximately 69 percent of delivery systems and consumables into the professional medical channel in the United States and Canada, with the remainder distributed through esthetician, beauty retail, spas, hotels, and other retail channels. International markets outside the United States and Canada comprised approximately 35 percent of total net sales in 2025.

The company manufactures and assembles delivery systems at its facility in Long Beach, California, while outsourcing manufacturing of many other products to contract manufacturers primarily located in North America, Europe, and Asia. Distribution occurs through leased facilities in Long Beach and a global network of fulfillment and distribution centers supporting international customers.

As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained a patent portfolio of 226 issued patents with 84 pending applications worldwide protecting Hydrafacial technology and three patents protecting aspects of the SkinStylus cartridge and needling system. The company also owns numerous registered trademarks and internet domain names. The business experiences moderate seasonal fluctuations with highest revenues typically occurring in the fourth fiscal quarter.
