The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with its website at www.solaris-energy.com.
The company operates through two reportable business segments. Solaris Power Solutions delivers power generation, control, and distribution solutions that provide flexible, on-demand power infrastructure to support data center, energy, and other commercial and industrial customers. Solaris Logistics Solutions designs and manufactures specialized equipment for the efficient management of raw materials used in oil and natural gas well completions, offering equipment-based logistics services including field technician support and software solutions.
As of December 31, 2025, Solaris employed 468 people across various facilities including corporate headquarters in Houston, repair and maintenance facilities in Buffalo, Texas and Monahans, Texas, storage and yard facilities in Southaven, Mississippi, Memphis, Tennessee, and Hobbs, New Mexico, and a manufacturing facility in Early, Texas. The company serves a customer base spanning major exploration and production companies, oilfield services companies, and technology sector data center operators.
