TaskUs operates through three primary service offerings that collectively generated $1,183.5 million in total service revenue. Digital Customer Experience represents 56% of revenue and encompasses omnichannel customer care, new product launches, sales and customer acquisition, digital customer experience consulting, and learning experience solutions. Trust & Safety accounts for 26% of revenue and includes content moderation services with integrated wellness and resiliency programs for employees, as well as financial crime and compliance services covering identity verification, anti-money laundering, fraud detection, and digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence Services comprises 18% of revenue and provides large language model support, data quality services, AI deployment management, AI safety protocols, and data collection services.
