TIC Solutions delivers mission-critical services essential to the safety, reliability, and efficiency of industrial assets, buildings, and public infrastructure across North America and select international markets including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
The company operates through three primary segments: Inspection and Mitigation, Consulting Engineering, and Geospatial. The Inspection and Mitigation segment provides nondestructive testing (NDT) and rope access technician (RAT) solutions for industrial equipment integrity assessment and specialized access work. The Consulting Engineering segment offers engineering design, conformity assessment, infrastructure engineering, building and technology design, environmental consulting, and materials engineering with in-house laboratory capabilities. The Geospatial segment provides data collection, analytics, and subscription-based software solutions utilizing LiDAR, imaging, remote sensing, and unmanned aerial systems for asset management and infrastructure planning.
