Toro operates through two reportable business segments: Professional, which accounts for 80.3 percent of consolidated net sales, and Residential, representing 19.0 percent of net sales. The Professional segment serves golf courses, sports fields, landscape contractors, underground construction markets, rental companies, and municipalities through brands including Toro, Ditch Witch, eXmark, Spartan, BOSS, Ventrac, American Augers, Subsite, HammerHead, Radius, Perrot, and Unique Lighting Systems. The Residential segment markets products under the Toro, Lawn-Boy, and Hayter brands to homeowners through mass retailers, hardware retailers, home centers, and online channels.
