The company's core business centers on curating and distributing travel, entertainment, and local deals to its membership base while providing advertising and marketing services to travel suppliers and local businesses.
The company operates through four reportable segments: Travelzoo North America, which comprises 66 percent of revenues and includes operations in the United States and Canada; Travelzoo Europe, representing 28 percent of revenues with operations in France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom; Jack's Flight Club, accounting for 6 percent of revenues and offering premium subscription services for flight deal alerts; and New Initiatives, which includes the licensing business, Travelzoo META metaverse experiences, and Metaverse Travel Experiences LLC operations.
