What TSS, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

TSS, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSSI) operates as a comprehensive systems integration and facilities management services provider for complex artificial intelligence and information technology infrastructure. The company's website is www.tssiusa.com.

TSS delivers integrated technology services across three primary business segments: systems integration services, facilities management services, and strategic procurement services. The systems integration business focuses on custom configuration and assembly of information technology equipment, including AI-enabled computer racks with advanced thermal management capabilities. The company operates an ISO-certified integration facility where it performs rack-level assembly, software imaging, and quality control testing. Facilities management services encompass both equipment deployment and ongoing maintenance for data centers and modular data centers, including project management, design, installation, and 24/7 network operations monitoring. The procurement segment generates revenues from fees charged to source third-party hardware, software, and professional services, with transactions recorded on either a gross or net basis depending on whether the company transforms the product or acts as an agent.

The company serves enterprise customers across technology, banking, cloud services, and government sectors, with the vast majority of revenues derived from a single global Fortune 100 OEM customer. In October 2024, TSS signed a long-term agreement with this primary customer for AI-enabled rack integration services at specified minimum monthly volumes. The company subsequently relocated its headquarters and primary integration facility to Georgetown, Texas in 2025, completing approximately forty million dollars in capital expenditures to expand electrical power capacity to fifteen megawatts and enhance cooling capabilities for both air-cooled and direct liquid-cooled systems.

As of December 31, 2025, TSS employed 286 full-time employees plus approximately 64 temporary workers. The company has integrated over 500 modular data centers throughout its history and currently maintains more than 100 such facilities under active service contracts. TSS operates a secondary integration facility in Round Rock, Texas. The company's competitive positioning centers on specialized expertise in AI infrastructure deployment, thermal management solutions, and mission-critical facilities integration delivered through centralized manufacturing processes that enable scalability and quality control.
